Delete your doku play account and data

This page is provided by Kuma Stories Ltd. for users of the doku play / KumaDrama app. You can request deletion of your app account and associated personal data without reinstalling the app.

Send your request from the email address connected to your app account. If you signed in with Google, Apple, or another provider, use the email address shown in your profile.

What to include in your request

In-app deletion option

You can also delete your account in the app by opening Profile → Settings → Delete Account. The app will show a confirmation screen that explains which data is deleted or anonymized before the request is submitted. This web page remains available for users who no longer have the app installed.

When your account deletion request is verified and processed, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:

Data we may retain

Some records may be retained only when required for legitimate business, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes. For example, purchase records may remain available through Google Play or Apple App Store transaction systems even after your app account is deleted.

Where retention is required, we restrict the retained data to what is necessary and keep it only for the required period.

Processing time

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately by deleting or anonymizing account data associated with your app account. Email requests are typically reviewed within 7 days after we verify the account owner.
