How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your email address or sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook. Open the app, tap "Sign Up", and follow the instructions.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link via email.

How do points work?

You receive 1,000 points when you sign up. Earn more points through daily check-ins, completing tasks, and community engagement. Points can be used to unlock premium episodes.

How do I unlock premium episodes?

Premium episodes can be unlocked using points or through in-app purchases. The unlock cost is displayed on each episode. Some episodes are free to watch.

Can I watch offline?

Currently, KumaDrama requires an internet connection to stream content. Offline viewing may be available in a future update.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile, then tap "Delete Account". Your account will enter a 30-day cooling period during which you can log back in to cancel the deletion. After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently removed.

I was charged but didn't receive my points.

Please allow a few minutes for the transaction to process. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your transaction receipt and we will resolve it promptly.

How do I request a refund?

In-app purchases are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Google). To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through their refund process. You can also reach out to us for assistance.
